Site Policies, Modification, and Severability:
Warranty and Exchange Policy:
To ensure that all warranties, exchanges and/or credits are correctly and promptly processed, please include a copy of the original invoice. If the invoice copy is not available, the following pieces of information must be included for credit to be issued: Original number, date of purchase, and price paid.
Length of warranty:
Warranties on all our products extend one year from invoice date; certain exceptions do apply, under which length of warranty may extend two years from invoice date.
Terms of warranty:
Warranties apply to manufacturer’s defects only. Frames sold as discontinued items are not covered under warranty.
Exchanges / Credits:
All frames are non-refundable; exchangeable only. Frames ordered on approval have a 30-day grace period to be returned for credit. Frames must be returned within one year from date of purchase to be eligible for exchange privilege. All exchanges (excluding warranties and frames on approval) must include a credit authorization sheet signed by one of our sales representatives. Frames must be
- In resalable condition
- Clean of all markings, labels, and glue
- Temples and frames have original shape and adjustment
- Demo lenses intact and in place
- Individually enclosed in plastic bags
- Include respective cases, where applicable
If these conditions are not met, a handling fee may be applied. Frames sold as discontinued items are not eligible for exchange or credit. You (the customer) are fully responsible for products, and any fees incurred when returning them to Rimoptics USA. Returns are subject to approval by our head office. Any returns that do not meet the above-mentioned conditions may be subject to a restocking fee. Any invoice under $35 may be subject to a handling fee. For prompt and accurate processing, please include a copy of the original invoice for all frames being returned. Our responsibility ends when the shipping company picks up the merchandise at our warehouse. The recipient is responsible for inspecting any merchandise as soon as it is received. You have 24 hours from the time of reception to report a short shipment.
